Café Canela is an absolute gem! Everything I’ve tried has been delicious, but their birria tacos (served Friday–Sunday) are hands down my favorite. Perfectly tender, flavorful, and packed with rich, savory goodness—every bite is next-level. The consomé is incredible, the tortillas are spot on, and you can truly taste the care that goes into the food.
